Todays post is about Artist and Graphic Designer contracts for your board games. I often see 1st time publishers or indie publisher asking questions about how to pay board game artist or graphic designers, the video below goes over a contract that I use when working with artist and graphic designers.
In the video below I will quickly explain the contract I use as how I understand it and use it, and some of the terms within the contract. I have used this contract with multiple artist and graphic designers without any issue, with that said I am not a lawyer and you should consult with a lawyer on this matter.
