Before placing orders, please review the policy below.

Final Sale Policy
Once your order has shipped, its journey has begun, and like Hercules setting out on a labor, there is no turning back. All orders become final upon shipment, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds after an item has left our warehouse. Please review your order carefully before checkout, as we are unable to cancel or recall packages once, they are in transit.

Preorders and Order Cancellations
If you have preordered a game and it has not yet shipped, you may request to cancel your order for a refund.

Please note that payment processing fees are charged at the time of the original transaction and are non-refundable to us. As a result, these fees will be deducted from any requested refund, as they are unrecoverable costs.

Once a preorder has shipped, it is considered a final sale and follows the same policies as all other completed orders.


Damaged or Destroyed Items
While we pack every game with care worthy of Mount Olympus, sometimes monsters lurk along the road. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us and include clear photos of the damage so we may properly assess the situation.

Each claim is handled on a case by case basis. If an item arrives destroyed, truly defeated in battle, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. If the game arrives playable but with noticeable box damage, we may offer a partial refund or store credit depending on the severity. Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect gameplay is considered part of the journey and does not qualify for a free replacement.

Proof of Damage Requirement
All damage claims require photo evidence for our records. Even Hercules had to present proof of his labors.

Resolution Determination
Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and reasonably. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the information provided and the nature of the issue.
